You are in about 1 minute on foot on the shore of Lake Constance and at the Beach Club. The fair and the airport are only about 4 km away. An underground parking space is included in the price. Fast Wi-Fi is available.

Modern, bright, stylishly furnished 1 room apartment with bathroom and south-facing balcony, is on the 1st floor of our house. It is about 1 km away from Lake Constance. Shore promenade, shopping, cafes, and restaurants are close by. Within the village, everything is within walking distance or by bike. On foot: Train station 8 min Bakery for breakfast 10 min. Norma 5 min Natural swimming beach that invites you to swim 15 minutes. Trade fair visit by car 10 min. Bicycle rental is possible in the resort

In the Heart of the Island

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.
