Apartment with garden in Eslida

Restored village apartment in the heart of the Espadan Sierra. It has three bedrooms with double bed with single bathroom for each room. It has a kitchen, living room with bioethanol stove (additional 5€ per litre of fuel) and terrace with fenced garden of 300 square metres with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer, they can carry out adventure activities around the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium - high level). Slide is surrounded by natural spring water fountains with paellers and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the cv-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

Ancient wheat mill in Navajas. 50 min. from Valencia and Castellón and 30 from the beach, it is an ideal stay for a few days as a couple or as a family. The house is on a 2,000 m2 fully fenced property for tenants only. It is not shared with the owners, it is rented for private use. It consists of pool, barbecue, terrace, ecological garden... The pool will be available from the end of May to the end of September. Pets are welcome. Just 30 minutes from the beaches, close to Benicassim and 10 minutes from the mountain range, close to small inland villages worth discovering.
