beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Historisches Reetdachhaus - Alter Pfarrhof Rügen

The listed, former parsonage has a holiday apartment of approx. 98 sqm completed in 2018 in the entire right-hand part of the house. The half-timbered building under Reet is located on a large, quiet and idyllic plot of land. The apartment has its own garden area. The Rügische Bodden is only a few kilometers away. The shallow water is ideal for families with children, and even four-legged people are allowed to go to the beach at any time of the year. The natural paradise offers wonderful hiking, cycling and horse riding trails.

Close to the center, nice place in quiet location

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our in-law in a quiet & central location can accommodate max. 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

Cozy semi-detached house "Dachs" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with trees, seating, barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

Haus am Wald

Our house is right by the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house/plot has approx.130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of plot area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the plot is not fenced), so that a dog brought with him can also turn his rounds once alone. A garden with beach basket, a Buddel box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

It takes about 5 minutes to reach the centre of the historic old town of Stralsund. Shops (supermarket) and bus stop are only 2 minutes walk away. The two-storey holiday home has on the ground floor a living room with kitchen and dining area (25 m²), a hallway and a spacious bathroom with shower.
