Mitten im Grünen: Unser Ferien- & Holzhaus umgeben vom kleinen Ponyhof. Das beste aus beiden Welten, nah an der Stadt Hamburg & Norderstedt und trotzdem im Grünen mitten auf der Wiese und von Pferden umgeben. Mit Blick auf die Wiesen und den Reitstall lädt der Garten zum Entspannen ein, der Grill ruft nach Barbecue und die Feuerstelle sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Das Holzhaus ist ziemlich flexibel nutzbar und es gibt noch 2 zusätzliche Schlafplätze (zb. für ältere Kinder) im Alkoven oben.

Our charming apartment is located in a quiet dead end of a residential area, near the Alstertal, which invites you to beautiful walks and the AEZ - Hamburg's most beautiful shopping center. The airport is ten minutes away by car, and Hamburg city center can easily be reached by public transport and within about 30 minutes. The fully equipped accommodation has a private garden with terrace, which guarantees privacy, and is very child-friendly.

You immediately feel comfortable in our bright and cozy apartment in an old red brick with a view of the countryside. Whether vacation (35 min. to the Baltic Sea) or city/ business trip (25 minutes by bus and train to HH Hbf), both can be done well from Rahlstedt. The apartment is equipped for everyday needs; whether supermarket, bookstore, pizzaria or weekly market, etc., everything is within walking distance.

Cozy studio in Hamburg Schnelsen

Welcome to my studio with separate entrance. A well-equipped pantry kitchen with a dining area for 2 persons awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have the view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can reach the bus stations on Frohmestrasse on foot. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7 , Schnelsen, is around the corner. Looking forward to your visit.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 motorways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 min. by foot, please read the "guide to arrival" in the listing carefully), then 17 minutes by "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. Private, lockable parking is available.
