Lovely and cozy newer apartment with pool.

Search for the coziness and tranquility of about 50 m2 of light and nice apartment under the loft in old abandoned broom. 1 of a total of 2 apartment. Newly renovated in the spring of 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to communal swimming pool. Ren Morten Koch idyllic in the countryside, but only 2.5 km to good shopping, and about 10 min drive to fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats, and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but in the second long. Fiber network and full TV package.

NOTE THE MUNICIPALITY HAS CONSTRUCTION OF AUTISTIC INSTITUTION ACROSS FROM SO RISK OF BUILDING NOISE - UPDATE 27/10 - CONSTRUCTION IS JUST NOW MOST AT THE OTHER END OF THE SQUARE BUT DELIVERIES ETC. THAT CAN MAKE A LITTLE NOISE. Just outside Fangel is this lovely old property with a stylish apartment. Enjoy an overnight stay in the countryside - car is a necessity - about 4 km to the nearest shopping option. You can easily get to Odense city center - 10-12 km and the rest of Funen, as the highway exit Odense S is close to about 7-8min.

Enjoy the view of the fjord from the east-facing balcony. Ideal as a starting point for Hikes on the Gendarmstien or MTB in the woods . Centrally located if you want to experience Gråsten/Sønderborg and Flensburg. Good bus connections. Furthermore walking distance to the city's gourmet restaurant Bind. If you want to walk the Gendarm Trail starting in Padborg, you can use the first accommodation. ( 100 m to the Gendarm Trail) Breakfast can be placed in a refrigerator for an extra fee.
