Private Cosy house, along the water with canoes!

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

FREE PARKING AT ITHAKA BEACH HOUSE INCLUDED. Fully furnished and detached holiday home (about 50 m2) within walking distance of the beach (750 meters) in the village center of Noordwijk aan Zee. A perfect stay for, among other things, cycling and hiking enthusiasts. There is a storage room and charging point for bikes. From the cottage there are many hiking and cycling routes through the dunes, forests or to the city. Enjoy the peace of your own terrace. The cottage is perfect for 2 people.

Cosy "Pelican Dune", minutes away from the beach.

"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance, and there is private parking available near the property.

Cosy holiday home near beach & dunes

Welcome to our cosy beach house in Noordwijk aan zee. Centrally located 200m from the beach. Walking distance to great beach clubs, dunes, supermarket, shopping area and close to beautiful Dutch flower fields. By car or train you visit Haarlem, Amsterdam and Leiden within 30-45 min. You can stay with 4 people, since we have 2 small bedrooms on the first floor. So please note if you have little kids: there's a stairs, no stair gates. And the stairs is quite steep. Renovated “Sand” near the beach!

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.
