The House is set in a large encircled area in the middle of nature. We offer trails for short walks, which flow into a lake and place with preserved forest and the singing of several species. At the end of a sunny afternoon it is possible to climb to the highest spot and receive from nature a magnificent SUNSET. We are in a rural area, but 7 km from the Italian neighborhood of Santa Felicidade,where wineries,restaurants and several shops are located. We offer a swimming pool, soccer field and parking.

Very spacious and cozy house in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Very close to the main sights of Curitiba. With its 490 m2 the house offers a lot of comfort for groups of 12 or more. The house has a garage covered for 4 cars and a huge garden that goes all over the house, thus providing total privacy.
