Come and discover Auvergne for a weekend or more in a little corner of tranquility. We offer an independent house on our property. This house is located in the town of Gannat, 20 minutes from the town of Vichy, 2 minutes from the Paris Montpellier motorway. You are in the center of the triangle grouping Vulcania in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes, the Puy de Dôme and the animal and amusement park Le Pal. In Gannat, you will also find the Rhinopolis paleontology park.

The house is very spacious , 4 double bedrooms, on one level with a large terrace . 2 mm from the spa town of Châtel Guyon, close to the natural park of the volcanoes classified by UNESCO , 20 mm from Clermont Ferrand Hikes, swimming at the Tazenat water bottle and lounging around the pool.

At the property heated swimming pool, snooker room, mezzanine, cinema, with over 100 dvds, (functions with Wifi &USB). Outside summer kitchen, plancha, 2 fridge/ freezer/ sinks/BBQ (also fully equipped interior kitchen). Garden table sits 20 people, patio, play area, childrens toys. Weekends all day Sunday included.

This house is located in a charming little village of artists and artisans. In the city center (3 km away) are historical monuments from the 12th century. You are 50 m from hiking or mountain biking trails. In the house everything is planned for you to have a pleasant vacation: 10×5 m swimming pool, deckchairs, barbecue, terrace with dining area, bike... In bad weather, a covered area (in the garden) is provided with a sofa, ping pong table, darts.

Julie and I, Quentin, are delighted to host you in our little haven. "Aux place" in Bully in the Loire, you will discover a stone house with lots of charm and a magnificent view of our hilly countryside. Our house is about 200 m² and our exterior 5,000 m², a good part of which is furnished. You will be quietly isolated with the exception of a second accommodation sometimes rented with private access and privacy of everyone strictly respected!

"Like a holiday atmosphere..." Villa with swimming pool, spa and veranda. Its garden and veranda give it a country feel while being close to shops. From sunny days, you can enjoy its pool from mid-June to mid-September. And in the meantime, you can relax in the spa bath or you can snuggle up in front of a wood fire (or not, there is also electric heating). Closed and enclosed parking in the garage or in the large private driveway.
