Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis!

A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The apartment has an open living room with dining area and a kitchen with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The use is free in its entirety, with access to all rooms that are on the same level and satisfies the needs of a couple or a family of five people, is also safe for children. We are available to offer the best service to our guests. The quality of our services, cleanliness, comfort and aesthetics are the main features of our hospitality. This modern residential area is often featured in lifestyle guides for its excellent restaurants, taverns, cafes, and bars. It's a short drive to some of the best beaches of Attica, and walking distance from Metro station. The apartment is near the metro station Argyroupoli (line M2) just a 3-4 minute walking. The ideal location of a house without the need to use a car. However a parking space is available in front of the house upon request. The parking space is available in front of the House, except Saturdays from 5:00 to 15:30, February 2 and for four months, as the entrance and exit from our street will be closed do to Market Stall that is taking place on Agias Varvaras Street. Alternatively, if you want to move on Saturday morning you have the possibility to park (ideally in the afternoon) of Friday in the surrounding streets.

Mets, a traditional and one of the best Athenian neighborhoods, in the center of the city, but not tourist and noisy. Our house is a family house, in the top of a hill, with a magnificent view from the common terrace ( in which you can have access 24 hrs of the day). Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, Plaka, Zappeion , National Gardens and Panathinaic Stadium are in Walking distance .. The flat is spacious, with bedroom, living room and dining room.
