The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and country setting. Two kilometers from Gandia with its cultural and service offerings, and five minutes by car from its beaches. Valencia, a fifty minute drive ,is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is the visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both of which are about a thirty minute drive away.

Our apartment has a perfect location. It is situated in Gandia beach. We have a beautiful terrace with umbrella and canopy. neww...If you have Netflix or HBO you can watch it. Near from the apartment is full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc. We appreciate puntuability and respect to our rules , smoking is not allowed.
