A wonderful single-story house with all the amenities one might need. 100 meters to the lake/swimming area. SUP is available to borrow if required. Playground and soccer field right next to the house. Three bedrooms as well as a large playroom for the children. 2 toilets, bathtub and a separate shower. Two terraces, pizza oven, grill with roasting table and weber charcoal grill. 10 min walk to lovely Nääs Fabriker. Mushroom forests around the corner. 25min car to Gothenburg city center. Welcome to our country home, where you have access to the entire house with associated greenhouse and a large garden for you to enjoy. Our house is located in a charming rural area close to public transport, 30 min to Gothenburg. In the area, there are several lakes and the opportunity to experience Lärjedalen via the old railway embankment. Our house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, playroom and two toilets. You will have a double bed in one room and a single bed and a bed in the other.

Cosy stuga close to lake Stendammen, Bohuslän

Cosy place close to Lake Stendammen, just 40 min from Gothenburg. 15 min from Lilla Edet. A small boat (rowing) is included. The perfect place for getting away from the city life and just relax in the beautiful nature of Svartedalen. Beautiful nature surrounds the house and is the perfect background for your stay. (Still close to Gothenburg if you want the city for a day or two.) Fishing (no permit required!), swimming, hiking and golf is just a few examples of activities here. Forrest-berries!

Huge villa

Welcome to rent our spacious house 30 minutes away from Gothenburg and 20 minutes away from Partille. Walking distance to Mjörnbotorget with grocery stores and buses to Gothenburg. Lake Mjörn and the swimming area in beautiful Hjällnäsviken is 2,5 km from the house. There is a nice garden with a large terrace, barbecue and trampoline for the children as well as a outdoor room to cuddle in lukewarm summer evenings. Parking in front of the house for 3-4 cars, charger for electric car.

Här är ni välkomna som barnfamilj, par eller kompisgäng. På tomten finns lekställning och studsmatta. På altanen finns det plats för middag eller en drink vid sittgruppen. Vid entrén kan ni läsa en bok i hängmattorna där solen lyser nästan hela dagen. I närområdet finns möjlighet för bad, vandring, blåbärsplockning, golf, frispeegolf och skogsbad. Är ni ute efter stadspuls så tar pendeltåget er in till Göteborg på knappt 20 minuter. Med 20 minuters bilfärd kommer ni in till Kungälv.

Nu är det möjligt att boka vårt hus i sommar 2025! Vi delar gärna med oss av vårt älskade hem till fler som kan uppskatta det, när vi inte är hemma. Här trivs vi med att ta hand om "Sadelmakarns hus" från 1914, att varva renovering med resor och inte minst njuta av trädgårdslivet och det lilla kulturarvet Tollered strax utanför Göteborg.
