Equipped with an exclusive terrace, covered veranda and courtyard with wood-burning oven, barbecue and shower. The apartment is comfortable and spacious with six beds. Very well equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The area is quiet and hospitable and within walking distance there are several cultural, restaurants and nightlife.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
