Nice apartment located on the third floor with elevator, convenient to the beaches and downtown. Composed of: entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and balcony. At the foot of the condominium there is a large free parking, near the sea, the promenade and Viale Italia, the famous "tree-lined avenue" of Albenga where you can find bars, pharmacies, beauty centers, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops of all kinds and a bingo, all within walking distance. Ideal for 2/3 people, or couples with 1/2 children.

We are happy to share with you our little paradise where you can recharge your soul. The breathtaking view is visible from all three terraces, where you can read a good book, take a nap or enjoying a nice massage in the whirlpool. Leave your daily life aside and enjoy the peace and just be. Thats why we named the place Bara Vara. IT008031C2MO35XB65 Enjoy the relaxation offered by this home with a modern and linear style but enriched with vintage furnishings. The house is set in a natural setting, the outdoor spaces are managed by a small farm, the crops present are olive trees, vines and bitter oranges. In winter the pellet stove needs cleaning and recharging. It will be agreed with the guest when to access the stove.
