Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built up as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, big shower and separate bathroom. Here you can relax in the quiet and rural surroundings. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only a 40 minute drive away. And for those who love to go skiing, there's a big trail network at Kleivvann and Skitrekk on Gautefall. In summertime, you can seek out some of Gjerstad's nice swimming spots like Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

The apartment is in the 4th floor (with Rema 1000 on the 1st floor) right by the E18, 1 min from the bus stop with hundreds of bus departures a day. 3 min to Kr.sand (Kvadraturen) 10 min to the Zoo 3 min to South Arena Football Stadium Hiking possibilities in Jagersberg or at Vollevannet Parking outside in guest parking.

Great "hotel room", central. Pretty view

"Hotel room" with its own entrance and attached large bathroom. There is a fridge and TV in the room where you can use Chromecast to stream via any subscription you may have, further chairs and water cooker. Large bathroom with shower/hot tub. Heating cables in the floor. Perfect detour from E39, while saving about 50 NOK in tolls😊 NB! You are responsible for cleaning yourself, you want this done by the landlord, ask for this when booking.
