Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Dreamy cottage next to Villa Himmelsberg near Memmingen / Ulm. A sophisticated holiday home with 65 square meters. Ground floor is the living room with kitchen. A separate spacious bedroom and bathroom and toilet is on the first floor. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hallway. The upper rooms are very bright. Fantastic farmhouse II in Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and a terrace with barbecue facilities are also included. If you book directly through Tom ät Hasenried7 de, you will save the 17% fees here. Spend your holidays in our holiday home, which is located in an idyllic area in the middle of Buxheim. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2020 with great attention to detail. Just a few steps away is a bakery. Restaurants are within walking distance in the village. The city centre of Memming is less than 4 kilometres away. Buxheim is an excellent starting point for hikes and bike rides. Various ski areas can be reached within a short time by car.

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland to the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen". We have been successful and happy hosts for 8 years, and we have been able to welcome lots of great people who would have liked to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22 onwards.
