Cosy apartment with own kitchen and bathroom

Beier's Bed & Breakfast offers accommodation in the street Bøgegade in Aarhus. You can stay overnight in a cosy patricia villa located centrally in one of the city's small oases. It's a lovely and newly renovated basement apartment with a lot of natural light. You will have your own parking lot, your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has a televison and free internet access, and during the summer you will have access to a lovely patio. Situated only five minutes walk from the University of Aarhus and the University Hospital and only 100 meters to the city train with connections to the city center. Towards East there's a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach in Risskov - called "Den Permanente".

2 room charming and very cozy apartment on the 4th floor in the heart of Aarhus, in the middle of the islands with the most beautiful views of all of Aarhus. Shops, cafes, Botanical Garden, forest and beach in a radius of 500m. In the apartment there is a cozy kitchen-living room and a combined living room/bedroom. The bed is 140cm wide. Det er en attraktiv lejlighed for såvel korte som lange ophold. Placeringen er midt i Århus, og alligevel er der næsten ingen trafikstøj. Lejligheden er renoveret og fuldt udstyret. Allergivenlig. Der er klassiske danske designmøbler. Der er to senge i soveafdelingen og en dobbelt sovesofa i stuen, så det er muligt at være op til fire personer. Fuldt udstyret køkken med spisebord med plads til fem. Der er the og kaffe til rådighed. Der er egen indgang, og det er muligt at benytte gårdhaven.

You will love the apartment due to the location, spacey balconies (one covered), the view and the modern style. It is a beautiful, new apartment (136 m2). It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a stylish kitchen and a lovely bathroom. From every room there is a nice view. It’s fully equipped. The apartment is close to the ocean, the marina, super market, restaurants, fitness, city center etc. Allow yourself a nice swim in the ocean or walk along the marina to downtown (15 min walk).

Enjoy your stay at this spacious and quiet 75 sqm home. It is located on the third floor with a good view. However, need to use the stairs. Balcony. Only 9 min by car to the city center. 3 min walk to Discount 365 or 4 min to Lidl. Good bus connections. Parking is free 24 hours a day and there is plenty of space. Space for extra bedding on the couch if needed. Large kitchen with everything you need, should you want to cook your own food. Quiet bedroom and surroundings.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
