The apartment is located 800 meters from Den Gamle By, only 500 meters from the cozy Brabrandsti and 1.5 km from the pedestrian street of Aarhus. It is therefore lovely close to both cultural experiences, nature and city life. The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a large communal garden of which the latter is shared with the other apartment complexes. The apartment is 65 sqm. and furnished. There is a double bed as well as the possibility of sleeping space on the couch similar to a one-man bed.

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

Cottage “Sunshine” at Mols

Charming and modernized cottage by Dejret Strand on Mols. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea. The cottage sleeps 4 people. Cozy living room with high ceilings and lovely kitchen. There is sun all day on the terrace. Trampoline, sandbox, fire pit, etc. Mols Bjerge has many beautiful hikes. It is about 2.6 km to Skødshoved beach with cozy little harbor, ice cream house and restaurant. 1 small dog is welcome. Lovely unheated orangery (built in 2024). Can be used during the summer period 😊

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Super hyggeligt renoveret sommerhus med tid til afslapning og wellness med nyt udespa & loungeområde fra 2023. Rolige omgivelser tæt på naturen, vi ser ofte Egern, hare og rådyr på marken. Dejligt havkig over vigen og marker så langt øjet rækker, nyd de smukkeste solnedgange på den overdækket terrasse. Kun 350 meters gåtur til en skøn vandresti i skovbrynet på kanten af skrænten til havet. Indrettet med hyggelig møbler, loppefund og nyt blandet. OBS! Opholdet inkluderer slutrengøring.

Lovely house a few km from Aarhus city center. Stay bright and friendly with lovely patio and large garden. Two double bedrooms, room with single bed, nice kitchen with dining area and comfortable living room. Lovely bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Map to Denmark's second largest city, Aarhus with the acclaimed art museum, ARoS and the museum “The Old Town”. Within driving distance to Djurs Summerland and Legoland. Only 5 km to lovely beach.

This apartment is unique as it is located on the sought-after Aarhus Island and in Denmark's tallest building. Water, cafes, activities, and shopping are incredibly short distance away. On top of that, it takes 10 minutes to walk downtown. The home is special as there is free use of the sauna and bathing jetty which is a part of the Lighthouse.
