We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

It is built on 3 floors and opens onto a private courtyard. The neighborhood allows outings (many bars and restaurants), shopping on foot (small shops /supermarkets/ markets), walk in the park... You can easily walk around town from the house or go to the beaches or calanques thanks to the tram located a stone's throw away!

A little house rated 3 stars by Provence Tourisme on 2 levels, at the end of a little garden in the center of Marseille. Ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms for summer. Absolute quietness, 20mn walking from the old port, tram and metro 2mn, restaurants and living area at 5 mn walking. You have to walk through one bedroom to enter the 2nd one. 1WC en each level. Garden shared with the owner who lives accross the garden.
