This quiet studio is located in a pleasant lively district on the 16th floor of a luxury building with 4 elevators and is very quiet. 24 hour security. There are nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. Large, pleasant and spacious studio, 334 square feet, (31 m2), in a chic district of Paris, the 15th Arrondissement.

Our family will be happy to welcome in this flat. It has an incomparable situation, on the ground floor, fully refurbished, 3 minutes walking to the Eiffel Tower. One master bedroom, small living room with a sofa bed, bathroom with a shower, and fully equipped small kitchen, wifi. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde.
