The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Spacious apartment with an absolutely unique location "in the centre of the centre" - at the beginning of the spa colonnade and near Masaryk Street, on which and in its surroundings are many good and affordable restaurants, bars, shops, etc. All rooms have views of Sadová kolonáda (the Park Colonnade) and the Thermal Hotel. The upper rooms have air conditioning. Kitchen is fully equipped. One free parking spot in the garage approx. 50 m from the apartment. Suitable for couples and families.

This modern and comfortable apartment for up to four guests was renovated and equipped to a high standard in December 2017. A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All images hanging in the apartment are originals from the hands of local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A washer-dryer will be purchased at the next rental of 1 month or longer.

Beautiful in-law in the countryside

Whether it's a family celebration, a holiday or accommodation to get to work faster - our guest apartment is perfectly located to get to Zwickau, Chemnitz or the Ore Mountains quickly. As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with one child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and exercise when jumping in the trampoline.
