Cozy Sjöstuga by Sjön Sommen

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Directly by Lake Sommen is our newly renovated little house with bedroom, living room and a little kitchen. Patio under roof, jetty and beach directly outside. Summer water which means hot and cold water from the lake in the kitchen faucet and in the toilet house. Separate house with walk-in shower, sink and electric-operated incineration toilet. Fresh water is easily picked up at the host. All bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning is not included. All guests clean up after themselves, all equipment is provided in the cabin.

Family cottage near the lake Sommen (80m2).

Cozy family cottage in scenic surroundings. Walking distance to Lake Sommen with swimming areas and marina. Here is also lovely walking paths. Nearby there is a football field and volleyball court. Right next to the cabin there are both sheep and coke gardens and a large land land lot with space for activity. There is a possibility to rent a boat and fish. In the autumn there are nice mushroom fields in the neighborhood. During winter, there's usually access to a kid-friendly slalom slope as well as cross-country trails. It's about 10 kilometers to the facility.

Lakefront houses by the lake Sommen.

Rural house in farm environment. Neighboring oak and cow pastures. 350 meters through the pastures you reach a jetty by the water where nice swimming facilities are available. Fantastic clear and nice water with fishing opportunities. Late summer offers rusty landscapes, berry and mushroom forests. Nice surroundings for biking. The bike enthusiast can be found after 30 minutes drive Kisa MTB Park (formerly alpine 12 mannabacken). In wintertime Asby alpine hill with three slopes just 10 minutes away by car. Enjoy the silence mixed with a rich wildlife.

Inside the beautiful forest

If you find our cozy farmhouse, located between Kisa and Österbymo in Östergötland. If you like peace and quiet and also appreciate being close to forest, nature and lakes, then this accommodation is something for you. Experience the birdsong, hike on the adjacent hiking trail or just walk straight out in the forest and pick berries and mushrooms, the choice is yours. The house is high, so you can see the sun from morning till night. About 300 meters from the house there is a basin, where you can swim, fish or just row with the rowing boat.

Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Live on a rural farm. Beautiful house for four people, possibility of an extra bed. Here you live when the main building is empty during summer. Proximity to fishing, swimming, forest and grazing animals. Secluded location, very private with large meadows around the house. Possibility to rent a boat and fish only 13 minutes walk from the house. Exciting surroundings for forest adventures. Plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests during the season. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
