Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, full size bed and futon. This is all one area with a private bathroom. The bathroom has full size shower, the kitchen area has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
