Beautifully designed 45 sqm apartment . With separate access from the front house or the Schlosspark Plaue . Adjacent in the back house is the ceramics workshop , gladly visit :-) , and my living area...150 m through the castle park is the charming , morbid castle and castle tavern right on the lake....All places visible in the photos, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from the loft.... Electric bikes and kayaks are available for rent and table tennis who can play...Greetings from the potter

Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space for relaxation. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. My apartment has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed. The living area with open kitchen has a large dining table, a leather couch and a TV corner. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and washing machine. In the library you will find exciting reading. You rent the entire apartment for yourself. The house is located between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden division. Direct shore access to the Havel is available and water sports or fishing is possible.

"Fährblick" holiday home

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Our apartment is very bright and friendly. Perfect size for couples or anyone looking for a small but refined place to stay. The flat is in the center of the city center. The flat is in the attic and therefore offers a good view of the tower of the castle. Opposite is a small ice cream bar and various restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.
