Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurant, bar, coffee shop. Hi. This is a top floor separate duplex. My place is close to nightlife, restaurants and dining, public transport, and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. Leave your car parked in the driveway and stroll through the downtown enjoying the city's charm. When finished safely walk back home for a peaceful rest. Short drive to Wrightsville beach. Note: The Memorial Bridge 2024 construction has ended and the traffic/noise level along 3rd St are now back to normal levels.
