Ideal for nature + art lovers + fair visitors in Düsseldorf and Cologne. It´s a very nice original old house with a very special atmosphere and surrounding. Ideal for persons who love nature, art, silence, but also for visitors of the fair in Dusseldorf and Cologne. Dog-guests are wellcome (6€/night/dog/in cash)

The apartment is about 75 sqm, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open plan kitchen is new, equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf Airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

The rooms ( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not enclosed.It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 persons are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be verified with ID.

Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden. Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. An outdoor area for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. Barbecue can also be done here. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
