The downstairs will only be used for AirBnB purposes and is fully contained giving you great privacy. Mt Gold Haven Studio

7 minutes drive from Central Wanaka, this studio with with ensuite (but no cooking facilities) is situated on the end of Peninsula Bay. Attached to a new eco build (also for rent for larger groups) this has privacy and its own separate entrance. Perfect for a few nights away for a mountain or lake getaway, you also get access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.

Self contained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (between bedrooms therefore both are ensuite) open plan full kitchen, dining area and living area. 77m2. Very cosy with underfloor heating (during winter months) and heat pump The apartment is below our family home with a separate entrance. There is space for one vehicle in front of the door. More parking available. Open plan kitchen/lounge has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine

Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here. All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.

**The loft is 1.5kms, 2 mins drive to the town & about a 20 min walk for the average person). If you would prefer to be closer to the centre of town, please please please DO NOT BOOK WITH US.** It is situated on an acre of land in a private road. The loft is above our garage, up a private staircase the loft has open plan -living, sleeping, dining with a kitchenette, It also has laundry facilities. It is quiet, cosy, well appointed & very private with beautiful views.

Peaceful Cabin at Bills Way

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves).
