Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful water Promenade with amazing restaurants and bars. The nearest beach and beach bar are only 200 m away. 🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Dog friendly. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.
