Discover our little "Cocon Ardéchois" which is located at the foot of the Château des Montlaurs. On the 1st floor, it sleeps up to 4 people. Completely refurbished, it will seduce you with its charm and location; where on site you will find many restaurants, bakeries, bars, ice cream shop... As a couple, for families or with friends, everything is designed so that you can have a pleasant stay in the Ardèche. Some suggestions of activities to do during your stay: Canyoning in the Besorgues Valley, canoeing in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, bike ride, Via Ferrata... To discover the Grotte Chauvet, the village of Balazuc, classified among the most beautiful villages in France, the famous Gorges de l 'Ardeche and many more . Relaxation: Vals-les-Bains and its spa. There are plenty of swimming spots to be discovered, too. Entertainment: Provencal market every Saturday morning. Parking de l Airette about 100m away,under surveillance and totally free. You will appreciate our very "cocoon" and atypical accommodation, located in a charming little Ardèche village "Lanas", near the Ardèche. The studio is functional and ideal for 2 people. On one level, it has an independent entrance to an enclosed courtyard (useful if you have bikes)... The apartment consists of a very well-equipped kitchenette/dining area and a separate bedroom, with 1 comfortable bed (160×200cm) + 1 bathroom/wc. It is open to a large terrace, well exposed for lazing around🌞😎

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Duplex 38 m2 medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. I have just completed the complete renovation. The rental allows me to finance the rest. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You will appreciate it for the view, decoration and pebble alleys. In the summer, I prefer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.
