La borda has been completely rehabilitated in 2020 while maintaining all its charm. It has two floors and a private garden in each of them. Apartment renovated in 2020 of 50 meters well distributed, maximum 4 people. A room with a 150-bed bed with bedding. A living room with a sofa bed of 150 and a folding bed of 80, a 50-inch TV connected to the internet. The kitchen is open to the living room and consists of all appliances (all). The bathroom is small, shower tray, hairdryer, towels, gel... Barrio de San Pedro is very quiet and 4 minutes from the pools, playgrounds and urban center.
