Delightful penthouse with large terrace overlooking the sea

Attic consisting of: large living room with open kitchen, a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, a comfortable and extendable table, large wall-mounted TV with DVD and hi-fi system. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus it has a dishwasher and coffee maker. Bedroom with window holder with sea view, a large wardrobe and a double bed. Bathroom with double shower. To complete the apartment, a wonderful 50-square-meter terrace overlooking the sea and barbecue, a wooden study house with desk and washing machine and a utility house with washing machine. The penthouse is located 80 meters from the sea, with access to the beach, and ten minutes from the port and station.

The apartment overlooking the sea, is located on the seafront “Il Pirgo” of Civitavecchia, facing the beach and is located on the second floor of an elegant building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century that is a few meters from the railway station and the entrance of the port. The amazing sea view flat is in the "Pirgo" waterfront, on the beach, in a old palace liberty style at the 2nd floor. The train station is 3 min walking (where is also the taxi stop), the port gate and the downtown 5 min to walking.

At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
