OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SURFING - whether its your first time or you're trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards (we don't use 'one size fits all' Wavestorm boards - we offer custom boards in a variety of sizes to fit your needs) and head down to the sand. For the first 20-30 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then it’s 60-80 minutes with an instructor in the ocean. The remaining time is yours to practice your skills and have fun in the water. The classes are taught by myself or one of our great instructors. We usually have the 2nd instructor helping in the water when the group exceeds 6-7 people. We will take photos of you in and out of the water in the last 10-15 minutes of the experience. These are not professional pics but a great memory for you, your friends and family. Before you come: We will try and contact you to size you for a wetsuit/board to help speed up the pre-lesson portion, and also give you an update on the conditions for your lesson. 20 minutes before the lesson: We will have you sign a waiver and get into your wetsuit. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of beautiful Marina del Rey while kayaking or standup paddle boarding. Find hidden spots in the marina and discover local wildlife, including sea lions, a wide variety of birds and sometimes even dolphins. We will meet on the parking lot right next to mellow sandy Mother's beach, talk about the local environment and marine life, kayaking/paddle-boarding techniques and safety. After that we will board on our kayaks and SUPs and paddle towards the main channel of the Marina. On the way we can observe all the beautiful and unique boats and search for sea lions, birds, dolphins and other marine life (these are the wild animals and I can't guarantee that we'll see them, but in majority of the time we do).

Improv is a practice for overcoming anxiety and stage fright. The training also requires developing of acute listening and engagement skills. This class starts off with fun group games and exercises that challenge you to be spontaneous (without thinking). In fact, much of improv will ask of this of you and in turn, you will learn to conquer you inner critic. After warm up, we go from group exercises to 2 to 4 person exercises and the rest of the group becomes the audience. This dynamic is powerful in overcoming fear and anxiety and gaining confidence of being your spontaneous self in front of others. I will be coaching about the tactics that promote interesting and engaging work that is fun to play and is fun for the audience. We will practice both short form (think Whose Line is it...) and long form (scene work). Other things to note If you are anxious, nervous and scared - you are coming to the right place. This class is designed to help you understand these dynamics and overcome them by being bold in the arena of improv.

The Tuning Fork healing session will take place on the beautiful beach, near Malibu. To begin your meditative healing, an intention-setting process will be carried out to set the tone for your healing space. During the session, tuning forks will be played near your ears and around your body as you lie down. Various combinations of frequencies and harmonics will be used in the form of wellness protocols to move energies, which are designed to help release emotions, trauma, addiction, stress, anxiety, energy blockages, and tensions that you may be holding onto within your energetic field and physical body. In addition to this, Tibetan Bowls and other highly attuned instruments will be played around your body to create vibration-healing energy that will ground you and clear and release energies that no longer serve you. If you don't see the date/time you'd like please request it! I limit this to 2 people in my home studio (unless you book a private group in which I can accommodate up to 4) so it’s likely you’ll have a private lesson! If booking for four please plan to stay an extra 30-60 minutes. I’m also available to come to you or your event in order to host larger groups/parties - please message to discuss. You will produce at least one, but most likely between 2-3 sterling silver, brass or gold (for an additional fee) stacking rings to wear home. You'll learn about the tools and equipment and how to size, saw, solder, shape, hammer and polish sterling silver using tools such as a caliper, jewelers saw, files, hammers, a butane torch and a flex shaft among others. First, we measure your finger and the length of sterling silver wire we'll need to use. You'll then saw the wire, form and prepare it for soldering, seal the joint with a torch, shape it into a perfect fitting ring with a hammer and mandrel and file and polish until it's ready to wear. We will do this as many times as possible- time permitting. I’m happy to share resources for setting up your very own jewelry studio after falling in love with your new skill set. Please let me know if you would prefer to work in 10K or 14K solid gold at an additional cost.

Start: the Guest will arrive at Bicycle storage facility in Venice Beach California where they will be greeted by myself or one of my other hosts. (Google our Theme Song "Sundays@Sunset" by MEI on Amazon) this will get you hyped and Pre set the Tone the Lyrics tell you everything you will experience. There you will get fitted to one of 15 LED Lit Bicycles and gifted a Venice Electric Light Parade Long Sleeve T as a Keepsake. Then we bike over to Venice Beach along abbot kinney blvd to our Sunset Bike Parade location where 100+ of my regular riders will be waiting for us. At that point when the Sun is setting they will be introduced and pictures taken with the local paraders in all of their magical outfits and Rad Personalized LED Bicycles. The Blue hour is when i start the LED Bicycle Parade as Tourist and locals alike take pictures i start the MUSIC and Blow the Whistle and we Start moving all Guest will ride behind myself and one of the regulars will ride behind them. We ride the Venice/Santa Monica bike path taking in the magical sights of both Beaches and the Santa Monica Pier all while listening to 80s and 90s Kid friendly music. The Parade takes us through Santa Monica back down to Venice down Abbot Kinney then the end of Venice Pier ending the parade at Hinanos Home of the Best Burger on the Westside. Improv is a practice for overcoming anxiety and stage fright. The training also requires developing of acute listening and engagement skills. This class starts off with fun group games and exercises that challenge you to be spontaneous (without thinking). In fact, much of improv will ask of this of you and in turn, you will learn to conquer you inner critic. After warm up, we go from group exercises to 2 to 4 person exercises and the rest of the group becomes the audience. This dynamic is powerful in overcoming fear and anxiety and gaining confidence of being your spontaneous self in front of others. I will be coaching about the tactics that promote interesting and engaging work that is fun to play and is fun for the audience. We will practice both short form (think Whose Line is it...) and long form (scene work). Other things to note If you are anxious, nervous and scared - you are coming to the right place. This class is designed to help you understand these dynamics and overcome them by being bold in the arena of improv.
