Waterfront Retreat in Renovated Historic Building

The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . " cheers ..The interaction with my guests will be discreet but swift if needed... Giudecca is the place to hang out with locals and artists. Share stories while sipping a Spritz and walk along the canal while taking in the views. To visit the beautiful church of the Jesuits and the Church of Miracles one of the masterpieces of the Venetian Renaissance The apartment is located just minutes from Fondamente Nove, landing of the boats that arrive from the railway station and from the airport Marco Polo. Guests will be accepted to the landing of the boat without any fee.

Un piccolo appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio ideale per due persone che si trova a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco. L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

RIALTO 1679 - 3 real minute walking from the most famous bridge in Venice and the Grand Canal. San Polo side, near the historic fish and greengrocery market in the middle of the heart of everything. San Marco square is 10-15 minutes walking, so noo need to buy vaporeto tickets. You have everything around you, but still in a very quiet street so no noise during seeping. Il mio alloggio è grazioso e appena restaurato, luminoso e si trova in una posizione ottimale per scoprire e godersi Venezia. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città, e dai famosi luoghi di interesse come il ponte di Rialto. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 5 minuti dalla fermata del Vaporetto. Si trova in una zona con vita notturna vivace grazie ai numerosi ristoranti e locali tipici. Adatto a coppie, amici, avventurieri solitari e a chi viaggia per lavoro.
