This workshop takes place at Carta Alta, an artisanal mask making studio that created many of the masks worn in famous film productions, such as “Gossip Girl”, “Fifty Shades of Black” and “Spider-Man Far From Home”. The experience starts with a brief explanation of the history of masks in Venice, focusing on the most significant models: the “Commedia dell'Arte" masks, the “Bauta” the “Moretta” and the “Dottore della Peste”. After this introduction we pass on to show you the main techniques we use in our craft when decorating the masks, mainly focusing on our signature: the “baroque technique”. We will prepare for you a wide range of paper-mache masks to choose from and our friendly expert team will assist you in the creation of the handmade masterpiece that you will take home with you in the end. There will of course be time to ask all the questions you would like, and we are happy to share our knowledge about this antique venetian craft and the explanations will be adjusted according to the age and the interests of the participants.And remember, if you want you can take pictures with your creation and our famous masks to share with your friends. The workshops consist of an hour and a half of work and fun divided into two parts. The first involves the use of a transparent glass plate where guests will create a figure with pieces of Murano glass, called graniglia, which will then be cooked in the oven. The glass will melt and the created figure will remain with the guest. The second part consists of a demonstration phase by the Maestro and subsequently a practical test of Murano glass processing by the guests. Guests will work the glass with the flame and experience the pleasant sensation of ancient lampwork. The workshops are also ideal for families with children over 12, who will love the magic of glass. Other things to keep in mind The works completed in the first part of the workshop will be cooked in the oven for approximately 3 hours, while the objects made with the flame will be ready after 2 hours of cooling. Everything will be delivered the same day after 2/3 hours or the following day in agreement with the customers. Workshop duration: 1.5 hours.

With my small open and comfortable 6 meter motor boat, exclusively for you, we're going to enjoy the sunset in the lagoon, in my opinion the best time to appreciate it, starting from the residential area of Cannaregio, and then sailing to the northern lagoon in the Burano and Torcello area, where you can admire colors and a pristine lagoon, tasting a prosecco doc from our area. In the northern lagoon we will discover unexpected corners, in the area near Burano, breathtaking views and a magnificent sunset view over Venice, until our return to our meeting point.

Are you ready for a unique experience? You will learn how to row a traditional Venetian boat through the canals of the city! We will meet at our boat laboratory, located in the Cannaregio area. We will show you our squero (our gondole laboratory), where we restore and handcraft gondole. We will also introduce you to the world of Venetian boats, explaining their characteristics and peculiarities. After this brief introduction, we will teach you how to row with ancient techniques and show you how to use the oars and other tools in order to have a safe and accurate rowing experience :) This experience is suitable for everyone and at any age.

Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

I’ll lead you on a journey of discovery that will start from the historic Rialto market in the beating heart of the city, where we'll choose the best seasonal ingredients to prepare an authentic Italian meal. We’ll talk about the history of the market and its delicacies before heading to my cooking workshop with its lovely private courtyard. In my kitchen you will learn the recipes to prepare and cook homemade pasta or gnocchi with a delicious sauce made from scratch. A traditional Venetian starter or second course based on fish, meat or vegetables. And the most famous Venetian dessert, the Tiramisù. You'll board my bragozzo (named Narciso), a typical traditional Venetian boat that I have tastefully renovated to revoke her old beauty. The tour I'm proposing takes around 6 hours; we will start from the Zattere toward the Venetian lagoon's most beautiful, famous and charming islands: Murano, Burano and Torcello. The first stop will be Murano, where you can admire the glass working in an authentic historic factory. We will continue towards Burano, where you can wander about her worldwide famous-coloured houses and see the traditional handmade lace. In a few minutes, we will arrive at Torcello island, one of the oldest and most significant settlements in the north of the lagoon, surrounded by the native landscape of the salt marshes. You can also have a break for lunch in a typical restaurant where you can taste the local food and relax. Eventually, we will be heading towards the quiet island of Sant'Erasmo and through the San Marco basin to land again on the banks of the Zattere.

We'll start with a light walking in the garden of olive trees, telling the family history of our farm and estate. We'll see the old traditional secret room where we collect the oil, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar. I explain you how we make our EVO oil and how to understand the oil italian label. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our new oil and taste the difference of others italian oils (Liguria, Toscana and Puglia), learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll enjoy the organic oil with bread, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. You could enjoy our marvellous terrace on the best view over Valpolicella Classica Area.
