Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. Venekoten is situated in a recreational area. Just right for nature lovers, hikers, fitters or big city dwellers wanting to escape from the noise. The surrounding area invites for numerous hiking and cycling tours. Restaurants Auszeit and Mevis are 100 m away. 't Tuinhoes is located in the middle of the Limburg Reuver, which is surrounded by beautiful nature for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. Our house is full of comforts and has a living room with sitting and dining area, a spacious kitchen with a fridge and a combi oven/microwave. Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a good wifi connection.

You can enjoy your stay with us in a cozy 2 room apartment with a view of Lake Venekoten. The surrounding area invites you to numerous hiking or cycling tours, also with your four-legged friend. A dog is welcome. The nice restaurant Auszeit is just 100 m away. In 15 minutes they are in Roermond by car, where, among other things, a designer outlet invites you to shop.
