Brand new, nice and clean apartment near the park and the lake.

Elite house, author's renovation (in 2022), The apartment is perfectly clean, Located near the Topilce park and to the lake and the center 10 min walk through the park. Not far from bus station, central market. There is PARKING, grounds and a video-supervised driveway. Large double bed with orthopedic mattress, and sofa that folds out into a double bed, quality appliances and utensils, individual heating, warm floor, Smart-TV, Internet100MB/s. There is a coffee shop “Owl” and Sushi/pizza39 restaurant in the house.

Liteplo's house with a view of the reserve and the river Seret

House Liteplo – located 30 min. drive from Ternopil. Nearby is a pine forest, and panoramic windows offer an incredible view of the untouched nature of the reserve and the Seret River. The small two-storey house combines a discreet interior, quality and thoughtfulness to the details. And the fire and the warmth of the fireplace add a special coziness. The apartment is close to the center. 100 meters from the park where you can walk,run and play on the simulators, an indoor tennis court. Also nearby are cafes and restaurants with delicious cuisine.
