Rating 2* Furnished tourist accommodation. In summer you can take advantage of the small fenced garden (deckchairs, barbecue). In winter, from the living room with its fireplace and evenings by the fire. Easy parking at the front of the house. Beds made on arrival, towels provided. The house is strictly NON-SMOKING

La Vachette, is a small village in the entrance to the valley of the Clarée, 10 minutes from Briançon and Serre-Chevalier station, 15 minutes for Névache or Montgenèvre. The apartment can accommodate 6 people. A spacious living area with open kitchen occupies the entire ground floor. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms overlooking a large shared balcony bathed in sunshine, as well as that toilet and bathroom. The carefully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook according to your cravings, like in the house!

The apartment has a south exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and Vauban City are within walking distance of only 300m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. Serre Chevalier station is 1.5 km away by car and also by bus with the stop at 200m. The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter ! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13km away!

Apartment located on the first floor of an old village house, completely renovated in 2023. La Vachette (1356 m altitude) is located at the beginning by the Clarée Valley road. (Névache 16 km away) In summer, the hikes of Briançonnais are nearby and for cyclists, the large passes (Lautaret, Galibier, Izoard, ...)are within walking distance. In winter, the ski resorts of Montgenèvre (8 km) and Serre Chevalier (9 km) are quickly accessible.

The apartment is on the south-facing garden floor, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden. It is very functional and full of charm. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are very well connected by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and urban bus at 30 meters).
