Das Wohnhaus rahmt den Marktplatz im Spiegelbild der Marktkirche unterhalb der historischen Burgruine. Die Gewölbekeller datieren auf 1527, das Haupthaus wurde 1734 im fränkischen Fachwerkstil errichtet.

Design Studio Apartment mit Klimaanlage in der Innenstadt mit unglaublichem Blick über Dresden. Die Stadt liegt euch zu Füßen. Direkt am Kraftwerk Mitte, der Staatsoperette und dem Theater der jungen Generation. Mehr geht kaum. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Da ich meine Wohnung nicht durchgehend nutze vermiete ich diese in der freien Zeit an Menschen die meinen Geschmack und Stil teilen und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen wollen.

Loft Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Cozy flat in the center

I am just an ordinary grandmother with an extraordinary hobby - travelling all around the world. I am offering a cozy apartment with my lovely travel souvenirs. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a brick house in the center of the town (5 minutes walking from the train and bus stations and the supermarkets Billa and Albert). Decin is located 12 km from the German border (cruise ships) and near the national park České Švýcarsko and other protected areas.

At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

The newly renovated apartment with Smart TV and WiFi is located on a small side street with no through traffic and from the balcony you look directly into a small park. You can easily take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, or you can walk to the center of town with numerous shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. Lovely romantic little "castle"

120 years old secession vila. Full of antiques and tales. Out of city rush. Regular cleaning and disinfection. Private sauna in the house. Close to Děčín, Sněžník, Tiske stěny, Hřensko. You can have a coffee in our tower:)! You can use a garden with trampoline as well. Excellent pub nearby:) Open water swimming pool 100m far. Fireplace in the livingroom. Barbecue set in the garden. Perfect for your holiday!
