Large, Cozy, Refurbished Quiet Neighborhood

Cozy, refurbished and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store, Sunday open store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bus stop and hiking trail. 14 min bus to Arendal city center. Raet National Park is an 8 minute drive away. Here are great hiking areas and beaches. The apartment is suitable for 4 people, but sleeps 6. Baby cot available. Brand new, well-equipped kitchen. It is about 50 minutes to drive to Kjevig airport (KRS) and Kristiansand harbour. Quick charger for electric car 5 minutes away.

Thumbsome Guest house

Lovely and almost brand new guest house with very high standard, sleeps 7 and only 5 minutes walking distance from downtown! The guesthouse was completed in 2021, and is to a high standard. Here you come in a quiet single-family home area with slipper distance to all city amenities. The home comes fully furnished and with all you might need from bed linen, towels with all of the hair equipment, as well as fully equipped kitchen. Free power and WiFi is included of course! Here you just need to bring your toothbrush!

Sentral leilighet, nære Arendal sentrum.

Sentral Leilighet til leie, i fine sørlandsbyen Arendal. Gangavstand til sentrum, ca 15-20 min. (Man kan gå igjennom tunnelen ved togstasjonen, over Bendikskleiv, eller rundt nede ved vannet). Det går også buss ca hver halvtime like oppi bakken her. Egen parkeringsplass som tilhører leiligheten. 2 soverom - Mål på sengene: (180x200 - Medium/Fast), og 140x200). Eget vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Stor platting med mulighet for å grille. Obs: Det er trapper ned til leiligheten.

Newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and sofa bed, sleeps a total of 5. Garden in the backyard and a lovely porch. Located 50 meters from the sea in Strømsbuneset which is a quiet and downtown bay just 1 km from Arendal center. Fully furnished with all equipment. Includes bed linen and towels. No partying allowed as it must be taken into consideration for neighbours. Animals are not allowed.
