Large private suite with private entrance. Unit includes a large private bathroom and kitchenette which includes a sink, toaster oven, hotplate,coffee maker,and fridge. (Coffee is provided) Ideal for the weekend warrior who wants a comfortable, private place to sleep. Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. We are as close as one can get to Kirkwood and still be in South Tahoe. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Quaint cottage nestled in the woods. Great location to Tahoe or Kirkwood ski resort. Why pay for tourist prices when you can have a house to yourself? 2bed/1 bath. Sleeps 4 Full access to kitchen and hot tub. Great place to relax and enjoy the serenity of the great outdoors. 55 miles to Kirkwood... hiking trails 15 min... 10 min to grocery and liquor store. 1 hr to S Lake Tahoe. 5 Min to golf course..... CHILDREN under 8 NOT allowed from Oct thru Apr due to Wood Stove which gets hot !!

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
