The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80cm wide beds, one bedroom with bunk bed 120cm wide downstairs and 80cm wide upstairs. Sun from morning to evening. Parking for car under roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels available. Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 100,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally be experienced as noise.

Idyllic Sørlandshus with shoreline and jetty 10s

Great space with beach. 2 parking places. Possibility of boat space up to about 20-21 feet at the property. Nice hiking areas and approx. 15 min to Tvedestrand by car. Golf course approx. 30 min away. There is a normal dining area etc. open in summer on the island. bathing possibility, with the possibility of wading into the water. Quiet area and sheltered from wind. Sun from morning to 9:30 pm in the middle of summer. Warm to be lovely after this. Lunch plate on one side and terrace of 21 m2 on the other side. 40 min. to Arendal

Great located cottage at the sea v Tromøysund. Possibility to bring your own boat Boat slip kum 50 meters from the house. Quiet undisturbed area with proximity to nature and hiking trails. Large terrace of about 75m2 About 20 mins.s. to Arendal center with car or planning boat. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental but are available on site and can be rented for NOK 250 per set Cleaning is not included in the rentals. The cleaning surcharge is 1200 NOK if the tenant does not clean themselves.

Panoramic views, amazing terrace, right in the middle of the city!

The house was called "Southern idyll" in Who lives here at NRK (season 2, 10th episode). It is located just above the city promenade with panoramic views of the city fjord. Here are 150 sqm terraces, rooftop terrace and jacuzzi The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 am in the evening. It is only one minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent boat space 2 minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).

Newly renovated southland house in idyllic Kolbjørnsvik

Vi leier ut vårt nyoppussede sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

Your vacation home is idyllically located on a forest clearing near Gjeving. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020/2021, with a lot of love for detail. It offers all amenities for a relaxing vacation. On the ground floor there is a spacious, light-filled living/dining area with fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and fridge, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Cost for cleaning, electricity in additional rules !

New spacious villa on Hisøy near Arendal.

New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.

Small cozy apartment in Kongshavn, located above the garage, with its own large jetty, sea buzzer that also has 2 accommodations and kitchen facilities. Fantastic location at Tromøysund. Sun until late at night, swimming by your own pier. Proximity to beach, grocery store and bus connection to the city.
