Welcome to Paruru, our new studio accommodation. A dream location, only five minutes walk to St Clair Beach & its vibrant cafe scene. Just a short walk to bus stops if attending a concert at the stadium. This new build has everything you need for a couple's getaway. Relax & enjoy the view over the rooftops & out to the ocean. We are so proud of our wee pad, we opened in October and have been hosting lovely people non-stop. If in doubt, please read some of our reviews, they speak for themselves!

The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Private Hideaway by the Sea 🌴🌊

Located at the edge of Westwood Recreation Reserve is our beautiful Scandinavian-style house which has a private bedroom downstairs with an ensuite, a kitchenette and a patio surrounded by native bush. Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive. It is 20 min from Dunedin's airport, 15 min to Dunedin's CBD and a 5 min drive to famous Tunnel beach. All linen and towels provided, private bathroom, free onsite parking, and unlimited wifi.

This 'tiny' studio is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you into Green Island where you'll find 'Fresh Choice' supermarket, and several takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin International Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

Easy walk to St Clair beach

Easy walk to St Clair beach, surfing, cafes & restaurants, Hot salt water pool (1st Oct - 31st March). Self contained guest suite adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. Cooking oils etc, as well as tea & coffee are supplied). We are on a relatively steep section with a windy path up to the house, which is uneven in places.
