Gas Fireplace, flat screen w/Apple TV, Fast WiFi, YouTube TV for basic cable, granite countertops, instant hot water for tea or hot chocolate, motion faucet, ground floor unit, Clubhouse w/swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub is open, pool table ping pong , fireplace, games etc. Studio has a Murphy bed and futon bed in main area. There’s a full bed in a small room with a door.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants AND shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper + 2 comfortable twin floor mattresses so it can sleep 4. It's a tight fit for 4 but doable if you're close.

Trails for snowshoeing, cross country, sledding, biking, and hiking. Donner Lake is a 9 min drive and Lake Tahoe is 19 mins away. Air Purifier on at all times.
