Our space is private and detached from our primary home. It has a separate, private entrance through the yard in the back of the house. There is room for parking in the driveway. With a private bath and separate heating and cooling this space is perfect for someone to stay and feel like they have their own space. The Guest Suite is located one mile from Hobart Arena, Arbogast Performing Arts Center, shopping and restaurants in historic downtown Troy and close to I-75.

We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.
