We are two quiet pensioners who like to work in the garden. We rent out an apartment in our residence. We've been hosting for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located in the basement on the right hand side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping center, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and groceries in the immediate vicinity. Here you can observe moose, deer, fox, badger and other things from the windows.

Quiet residential area with nice gardens, proximity to Kristianstein Fortress and "Bicycle hoist". 5min walk to the city center. Apartment consists of a room with comfortable sofa bed (2x1.4 m sleeping area), integrated small kitchen (fridge/hob), kettle. Newly renovated. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, toilet and sink. The minimum rental time is 2 nights.

Idyllic house in the countryside only 15 min drive from Torget

Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Wonderful rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The accommodation is used by the host as a summer residence and a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linens & towels included If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time this is for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.
