STARLINK internet installed May 2021. Two houses on this property. A 2 bedroom, 1 bath on the banks of the Trinity river, and a 1 bedroom 1 bath facing the forest. This listing is for the 2 bedroom on the river. Ask me about the one bedroom if you want to expand, or just need more space. This is a secluded 10 acre property. It is perfect for a small group or a couple. I have a nice little beach area for easy access to the water and is also a perfect ending stop for a drift down the river

Our recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath home is located in central Redding. Walking distance from the Sundial Bridge, the Civic Center, and downtown eateries. Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures
