Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @whoTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 of terrace. 3rd floor with elevator not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA and greenery terrace. Very close to the train station and port, a supermarket and other shops, 100m from the Thalasso, the source beach and the beautiful customs path. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace but close to everything! Atypical and comfortable apartment located in the very popular area of Gourmalon.

Charming T2 overlooking the lock, port and sea

Our apartment is perfectly situated in Petit Maroc, the oldest neighbourhood in Saint Nazaire. From the living room, you can watch the canal lock in operation and the boats (boat movements). You can get to all the tourist attractions of the city, the beach and heart of the city, Place du Commando, on foot or by bike. With a surface area of 40m², the kitchen area faces east, on the garden side and the living room and bedroom face west, with a clear view of the sea and the setting sun.

Beautiful apartment 300 m from the beach and port

The apartment "Pacifique 1" is ideally located 300 m from the beach and the Commando Square ( esplanade with bars and restaurants), 300 m from the port and the underwater base, 300 m from the Blue Ribbon shopping center, the cinema and the supermarket Carrefour market. The apartment is a large fully renovated studio of 29 m² with a sleeping area with double bed, a large shower room with toilet, a new well equipped kitchen. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is very bright.

FACING THE SEA #SAINT NAZAIRE Beautiful 100 m2, standing, top floor. Refurbished in June 2019. SEA FRONT! Residential area with pretty facades, facing the waterfront promenade, the Saint Nazaire bridge near the fisheries. How not to fall in love with such a place . On the 2nd floor of a small 3 unit building only. This apartment will charm you. Very nice living/living room facing the sea on a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms including one with sea view, shower room, wc. Very bright.

I rent my apartment located 10 minutes to the beach on foot, 10 minute drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secure with surveillance camera in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator , in a square where there is a Carrefour market, a post office, a pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you see with your baby.
