The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. Apartment 65 square meter and 35 square meter terrace. Bedroom with 1 king bed and private bathroom. Large living room with 1 double sofa bed and another sofa, small fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace with exclusive views of the sea and the city. 5 minutes by car from the center and 10 minutes from the beach. Free parking. The house is surrounded by a beautiful private park and the area is quiet. free wi-fi. All space is private for the guest. Wii Fi. We have Netflix and Eurosport.

My flat is situated very close to the beach. It includes: a wide bedroom with a king siz bed, two terraces, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and living room with a kitchen. L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia.
