Beach house - just a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. Beautiful apartment on the first floor in a two-story building. Central area. All the windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet flooring. Modern furnishings with great workmanship. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to be on the free or equipped beach. There are supermarkets nearby ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin and others ) . There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all periods of the year.

CASA MARINA facing the sea very close to the beaches

The house is located in Torre San Giovanni in the center, ideal for 2 families,in a quiet area, very close to the promenade full of stalls of all kinds, bars, rotisseries, restaurants and entertainment for children. There are also grocery stores within walking distance. At only 50 MT is the low cliff with small sandy indentations at less than 500 MT, the beautiful and very long Caribbean beaches within walking distance!
