Enter No.15 through a personal entrance to find a lovely modern space. Set in a quiet location, the ground floor is fitted with a spacious wet room and fully fitted kitchen/diner with everything you need. Both rooms have toasty underfloor heating. There is a snug office in the lobby, go up the narrow wooden steps (please see photo) leading to a cosy 1st floor combined sitting room/bedroom. Also a breakfast hamper is supplied. NB Steep stairs which are unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Our flat is bright & cosy & consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, lounge & kitchen & is within walking distance of the city centre, Norwich City Football Club, Aviva, The Waterfront & the bus & train stations. Our flat is above our pub The Rose. Access is separate to our pub which serves ales (CAMRA GBG 2019/20/21), craft beers, & pizzas. Our pub is not rowdy or open late! Street parking is limited until 6.30pm, there are several carparks nearby or you can park at Sainsbury's using JustPark

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
