Unwind on the Private Terrace of a Downtown Oasis

Soak up the sun or share pre-dinner drinks with friends on the 1,000 square foot terrace and take in 270-degree views of downtown. Hotel-style safes, Missoni cushions and modern artwork add a touch of luxury to this condo. Everything about this space is custom and top of the line. Furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... Missoni pillows… fascinating art...upscale linens from Sferra and Abyss...Stainless steel backsplash in the kitchen… Electric blinds in every room...High Def OLED Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sunbathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation, or even an intimate catered dinner party. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. Upon arrival, you will generally find fresh flowers, coffee, tea, cream, milk, some juice and beer and a bottle of sparkling wine, plus my favourite Lindt chocolate bar :) Please let me know if you require any additional items prior to your stay and I will do my best to accommodate. There are 3 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds. Each of the first two have their own ensuite bathroom + the custom wall to wall cozier 3rd bedroom has a curved OLED High Def TV. There is an available roll-away bed for groups of 7 people, though the 7th person will be in the living area. Each bedroom comes equipped with their own private hotel style safe. There are 3 bathrooms in total. The first has a tub/shower, the second a marble shower and the third is a two piece bathroom. Toiletries are provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is also a Reverse Osmosis water filter with it's own tap at the kitchen sink. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy our coffee selection. If needed, parking is in our own private spot off the elevators and is included at no extra charge. Lastly, please note that our spectacular and cozy sister property is right next door with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps five and also boasts a south view with another 1,000 foot terrace. Together, we can accommodate up to 12 guests. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Access of the gym and outdoor space with BBQ is included. (6th floor) Note: If for some reason we cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, we will send you the lock-box instructions. You can call us at any time for help. The western end of Queen is best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and the visual arts. Chinatown is just a few blocks away for an after-club meal. Famous Queen Street West is just a block away for shopping. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. Please adhere to the following; No more than 7 sleeping in the suite ...no more than 10 in the suite or on the terrace. There have been numerous noise complaints and management have told us that evictions and $500.00 fines are coming our way for any guests that are loud. We have no say once security gets involved. NO loud music NO parties. NO events without prior written consent. NO smoking indoors (balcony only) Please be respectful of your surroundings and the neighbours. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. Cozy Blue House on the Shores of Lake Erie

Snuggle up on plush seating in front of the gas fireplace after a day of strolling along the shoreline of Lake Erie. With homey decor, a color palette of light gray, and whimsical nautical flourishes, this home radiates warmth. Sleeping quarters with queen beds and a full bathroom are located on the second story of the home. Entire house is available. Owner lives on same street. Washer and Dryer are in the basement where a half bath is located. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, & gas range, toaster, tea kettle and coffee makers (auto and french press). Kitchen leads to the dining room and living room with ample room to kick back and enjoy friends and family or just relax with a good book. Staircase leads to the second story where you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedrooms have queen size beds and have upscale linens and plenty of room. Bathroom has a full sized shower and bathtub, with plenty of fresh clean towels. No Access to: room to the right side of fireplace and the exterior door in the master bedroom (due to a loose railing and screen door that needs replaced). I live just steps away from the property and can be available to answer any questions or assist you with any issues or concerns. All linens, throws, towels, dish towels and bath mats are cleaned with detergents free of dye and fragrances. Euclid Hospital is right next door to the house, with Lake Erie in its backyard. Several shops and restaurants are minutes away, and downtown Cleveland is a short drive away as well, with easy reach to attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The property sits on a dead end street and has a bus stop on the other end of the street, 2 minute walk from the front steps to the bus stop. I-90 is a 5 minute drive from the house which can take you to the downtown Cleveland area in just a few minutes. The Euclid Hospital is next door to the property and had a gate put in our fence so guests and residents of 191st Street could walk to the shoreline and enjoy Lake Erie. Several benches and tables are set amongst beautiful landscaping on the shoreline to enjoy a good book or walk the dog. Lake Erie is a very peaceful to sit and enjoy the waves or watch the boats.

This is an architecturally significant (3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom) home by noted Las Vegas architect Homer Rissman. We are located in the heart of East Lakeview, just half a block from Lake Michigan and Lincoln Park, and blocks away from Wrigley Field and Boystown. Smart TVs (with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) are located in the shared main level TV lounge, and also the lower level lounge. Entire home I like in-person check-in but full privacy is offered You will receive a link with detailed instructions within 24 hours of your check-in. If you have a U.S. mobile number, you will also receive a text message FULL DISCLOSURE: If you haven't used a lockbox (or don't know how to), self-check-in isn't for you. Your check-in should be in person. Lakeview is home to two of the most vibrant sports, nightlife, and theater scenes in Chicago: Wrigleyville and Boystown. Explore souvenir shops and casual eateries by day, and hop from bar to bar along Clark, Addison, and Sheffield Avenues by night. You walk to Treasure Island (half block), Jewel Osco (2 minutes), Whole Foods (4 minutes), Lakeview Athletic Club (4 minutes), XSports Fitness (5 minutes), Walgreens (3 blocks), bars and restaurants aound the corner. Close to multiple buses on Lake Shore Drive. Grab a bus to downtown in 15 minutes You will have to climb one flight of stairs for all bedrooms Street parking is free on the east side of Broadway. The west side requires 383 permits. Please, read the signs.
